Why I’m Starting Artizo: A Personal Mission to Redefine Men’s Pelvic Health

Let me tell you something most men don’t talk about—because I didn’t either.

For years, I worked in physical therapy, guiding people through injury, recovery, and movement. I loved the science, the problem-solving, the ability to help someone feel strong again. But something kept showing up in my practice, and even more in quiet conversations—men struggling with pain, bladder leakage, sexual changes, or gut issues… unsure where to turn. Some were recovering from prostate surgery. Others were athletes or dads who thought they just had to “deal with it.” Most had never been told that pelvic health was their health.

And that’s when it hit me: this is where I’m needed most.

The Turning Point

I’m Cris Dervin Fedalizo—a physical therapist by training, but a coach by heart. I started Artizo LLC because men’s pelvic health deserves better attention, better support, and better conversations. Not just behind closed doors, but out in the open—where healing happens.

My decision to focus on this work was also deeply personal. During the height of the COVID pandemic, I lost my dad. That grief shifted something in me. It reminded me that our health is fragile, but our resilience is powerful. My work with men is a tribute to him—and to every man who’s ever felt lost or overlooked when it comes to their health.

Why Artizo?

I wanted to create something that fills the gap between traditional rehab and real-life recovery. Artizo is built for men who are done feeling embarrassed, frustrated, or ignored. It’s for men who want answers, strategies, and someone who gets it.

Whether you’re dealing with urinary leakage after surgery, chronic pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, or digestive discomfort—my job is to guide you through it. With coaching that’s structured, science-informed, and honest. No fluff. No judgment. Just real solutions.

What You’ll Find Here

This blog will be a space for education, myth-busting, and empowerment. I’ll talk about the tough stuff—leaking, performance issues, pain, recovery—and give you practical tools and encouragement you can use right away. You’ll see that pelvic health isn’t just about your symptoms; it’s about getting your life back.

So if you’re new here—welcome. You’re not broken. You’re not alone. And this is a good place to start.

Let’s do this together.
